KSM-66® Ashwagandha Extract
KSM-66® is a high quality Ashwagandha extract produced by Ixoreal Biomed that was in development for over 14 years.
KSM-66 Ashwagandha has been clinically proven to increase serum levels of testosterone and luteinizing hormone (LH) in studies and also reduce serum cortisol levels by nearly 30%. In addition to helping optimize important anabolic hormones KSM-66 has also shown promise in promoting muscle size, increased strength in training. Also better performance, endurance as measured by VO2 max. It also has been shown to stimulate the thyroid gland, leading to a higher metabolism and studies showing improvements in body composition. Ashwagandha has numerous hormonal balancing benefits and improving other physiological parameters such as the immune system along with improved cognitive function and feelings of well-being.
In double-blind delivery, and placebo controlled setting KSM-66 Ashwagandha has shown:

3,3'-Diindoylylmethane(DIM)
You'll find that most ingredients are taken to boost testosterone levels, but DIM actually focuses on blocking elevated estrogen levels.
The main mechanism of action for DIM is two-fold: it can, in low doses act as an aromatase inhibitor preventing the conversion of testosterone to estrogen and it can modify the type of estrogen in the body as no all estrogens are bad. DIM promotes the metabolism of beneficial estrogens that themselves reduce estrogenic activity in the body.
DIM has been shown to decrease aromatase expression, this helps promote higher levels of testosterone within the blood, through decreasing the amount of it that gets converted to estrogen via aromatase.

S7™ Is a licensed patented proprietary combination of seven (7) pant-based ingredients licensed from VDF FutureCeuticals. S7 is a precise combination of seven plant-based ingredients that have been clinically shown to increase nitric oxide (NO) by 230% at a dosage of 50mg. What is of interest is this was in human studies, not animal studies. In a clinical setting S7 was shown to enhance the body's own (endogenous) production of nitric oxide, without the addition of other nitric oxide precursors such as L-Citrulline or nitrates. S7 works via inhibiting mitochondrial & cellular reactive oxygen species (ROS). S7 was shown to significantly inhibit mitochondrial and cellular reactive oxygen species, thus the bioavailability of NO was increased by 230%. This occurs as excessive ROS production, can impair and attenuate the production of NO, thus inhibition of the aforementioned, can facilitate and improve NO bioavailability. Acacetin is a natural flavone derived from Damiana plant (Turnera diffusa), which has traditionally been used as an aphrodisiac. Recent research examined the anti-aromatase activity and the estrogenic activity of the constituents isolated from the Damiana plant. The research indicated of all compounds isolated, Acacetin to possess the most anti-aromatase & anti-estrogen activity. As you may know, aromatase is the enzyme which is responsible for the biosynthesis of estrogens via conversion of testosterone to estrogen. Inhibition of the aromatase enzyme, can allow for hormonal optimisation by regulation of estrogen and aromatase activity in the body. Research suggests that Acacetin may support a healthy aromatase balance. In Granite, Acacetin works synergistically with DIM; supporting a favourable balance between testosterone and estrogen levels in the body.
We use 100mg of Acacetin per daily serving.
N-coumaroyldopamine
N-coumaroyldopamine is a naturally occurring beta-2 adrenergic receptor agonist and it's effects are mediated via the beta-2 adrenergic receptor.
N-coumaroyldopamine works by increasing the messenger molecule cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) within the body, elevated levels of cAMP have also been associated with:
