What is Reflex Micellar Casein?
Reflex Micellar Casein shouldn’t be confused with other casein proteins that are made with acid casein or caseinates, as these are manufactured using a process which can denature the protein. Micellar Casein is made from fresh skimmed milk which is ultra-filtered, in a similar way that Whey protein is processed, and so results in a pure un-denatured milk protein consisting of 80% casein and 20% whey.

This form of processing the protein means that you get the least processed of all milk proteins and it also gives a timed release effect which helps to prevent muscle breakdown. Ingredients
