M-Drol is diverse in its uses. It can be used when bulking or when wanting to gain lean muscle tissue and hold on to strength while trying to get leaner. M-Drol is usually used for periods of 3 to 4 weeks. Average dosing is starting off at one capsule per day for the first one to two weeks, then possibly going up to 2 capsules per day for the remaining one to 2 weeks. Others stay at one capsule per day throughout.
