Lost or Missing Parcels

Here at wwww.PowerMyself.com, we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. We have a near 100% success rate when it comes to order fulfillment.  However, due to the high volumes of packages we process, even with our own best efforts there can sometimes be unforeseen delays in delivery

If you recently placed an order and you're wondering why you haven't received it yet, you should first check whether we've dispatched it to you by logging into your account and reviewing the status of your order

Check that the delivery address details provided were correct and there were no typing errors or mis-spellings particularly with regards to the post code.

It may be worthwhile contacting your local postal sorting office as it's possible they've already tried to deliver your package, but were unable to.

  • For deliveries within the UK, although the vast majority of orders are delivered within 2 working days of dispatch, please allow 5 working days for delivery from this point before contacting us.
  • For deliveries to Europe and the rest of the world, delivery time will typically be less than 5 days, but please allow at least 7-10 working days for delivery before contacting us.


If it appears that your item truly is delayed or lost, please do not hesitate to contact us via sales@powermyself.com, we will endeavor to find out the status of the delivery on your behalf. Working closely with our delivery partners and utilizing advanced tracking systems, the vast majority of packages will be located swiftly.
